When you have a business, you have a lot of information to deal with. From finances to client information, there is a wealth of information that you need to keep track of, and often times, it can seem overwhelming. I can help you input the information, and also create an organized system to make things easier, so you know exactly where to go to find the information that you need. Once the system is in place, as you have information that needs to be added, you can forward it to me and I can input it for you so you don’t have to worry about it. I am great at organizing things, and I enjoy doing it, so I look forward to making things easier for you!
I can create various letters, brochures, or any other type of document that you may need using both Microsoft Office and Adobe. Creating new documents or templates can be time consuming, so why not have someone else do it for you?
Miscellaneous administrative tasks
I am a driven, responsible, individual, and I have excellent communication skills. This is the part where you tell me what you need assistance with from day to day, and we can see if it is something I can assist you with. Other services that I may be able to assist with include: scheduling, e-mail management, sending out mailers, social media setup, research, etc.
